MELE
internship program communications
MELE’s Future Leaders Internship Program needed a set of materials to introduce the program and give potential interns a better understanding of what it offered. I worked across branding, digital, print, and video to bring the program to life and give it a recognizable visual identity.
I designed the program’s visual materials, including a custom logo and graphics for the landing page. I wanted the page to feel inviting and give potential interns a clear introduction to the program, with the different elements working together to establish its identity.
I produced the video testimonials, teaching myself video editing and audio mixing along the way. I was working with the equipment available to me at the time, so I had to learn as I went and figure out how to bring the footage and audio together. It was a different side of creative work than I was used to, and I enjoyed taking it on.
I wanted the brochure to give potential interns a better understanding of MELE’s internship program and what it has to offer. With several areas of information to cover, I focused on keeping the layout organized and easy to follow while staying true to MELE’s branding with a bold, clean feel and tight layout along with intentional typeface selection to match the brand identity.

This project brought together several parts of my design work, from developing a visual identity to creating print and digital materials and producing video content. I was responsible for nearly all of the visual content, which gave me the opportunity to shape how the program was presented across the page and its supporting materials.
